pouquoi n'avons-nous pas les moyens?pourquoi un petit pays comme la jamaique peut avoir plusieurs universites ,Trinidad aussi;pourquoi faut-il que nos etudiants aillent en dominicanie pour obtenir leur bachelier et nous n'avons meme pas une universite digne de ce nom en haiti?Sont-ce vraiment les ressources qui nous manquent comme vous l'insinuez ,ou bien une mauvaise gestion de ces ressources?Nous n'avons pas les moyens pour construire un campus universitaire digne de ce nom pourtant les ignares ont promulgué une Constitution qui exige que nous depensions des millions de dollars chaque deux ans pour elire des Senateurs inutiles..Au lieu d'avoir un grand mangeur a la presidence ;ils alourdissent le budget d'un autre poste budgetivore qu'ils appellent Premier Ministre.Alors ne me parle pas d'insuffisance de ressources.Les ressources sont mal gerées par des snobs qui ne comprennent pas les vrais besoins de leur pays et qui imitent comme des macaques les structures des autres pays plus developpés.

No I disagree.we can hire a group of professors to write the books and edit them in a state printing shops with the rights for all schools to copy them to distribute to their pupils.You said we have the chances to buy french books all over the world.Go tell that to the peasants in the mountains of haiti where 70% of the population live.Ask them why don't they send their children to school.
