Governor Romney said last night :Government doesn't create jobs ;there is no trickle down from the government"If so how can he blame the President for the high unemployement, particularly at a time when the members of Congress have only one priority:To ensure that Mr.Obama is a one term President, and those who control the economy have the same goal.

As President Clinton said:No one could correct the mistakes made under the amdministration of President Bush in such a short time. Can we have full employment in the country when the CEOS of the major companies are irresponsible citizens who are laying off workers even when their blance sheets show profits years after years to sabotage the President's economic, monetary and fiscal policies? When the president mentionned the fact that Mr Romney's companies are investing in China;therefore it is hypocritical for him to blame him for the outsourcing of jobs.He said to the President :You are also investing in china with your pension plan. This is so ludicrous.Does the President manage the mutual funds on Wall Street.?

Mitt Romney talked last night about what he had accomplished in Massachusetts with a democratic legislature to parallel his accomplishments with the deadlock that exists in Washington during the last four years. What he fails to mention is the fact that the goal of the Legislature in Massachusetts was not to sabotage the Governor.Whereas today in Washington we have a Congress whose sole purpose is to ensure that the President is a one term President. How can we have an effective Government in Washington in such an environment?

One doesn't need a PHD in political science or in economic to understand why the economic recovery is such a dilemma under President Obama's administration. One one hand you have a Congress which refuses to cooperate with the Presdent ;and on the other hand you have the oligarchs who are sabotaging his presidency. Thus the importance of this election not only to reelect President Obama ,but also to give him a majority in Congress.People, it is time to assume our responsibilities as citizens of this beautiful country and not being sheeps guided by the people in Faux news.Let's get out and vote on November 6.

Mr. Romney said :"When you're in a recession you should not raise taxes on anyone".But he forgets to say when you are at war you should not give taxe breaks to the rich to decrease the revenues of the government and create a deficit.

Audacity and hypocrisy are two attributes that most, if not all polititians must possessed in order to be successful. President Obama and Mr. Romney have both of them.

@ le gros roseau
A definition of a hypocrite is a person who says out of his mouth that which is not in his heart. Candidate Obama did say (promise) that he would reduce the deficit by 25% during his first year as president. Did he? No. Was it possible? No.
Now the question is: Did he really believe that he could, given the fact that the nation was waging two wars at an astronomical cost? Did he knowingly make an attempt to deceive the electorate? I think so!!!
As I stated before, polititians by nature are hypocrites.
By the way, I voted for candidate Obama. and I will most certainly vote for president Obama.

I disagree.Who could think that the american Congress would be so antagonitistic to the President's plan to reduce the deficit.Who could imagine the american oligarchs would prefer to sabotage their own country in order to make Obama a one term president.I think the President was sincere when he promised the american people that he will reduce the deficit in his first term.

One must realize that in The United States the President is not a dictator ;for the government to function properly the three branches(Executive, legislative and judiciary)must work in harmony. When the leader of the Senate majority in Congress said; The only purpose of this legislature is to ensure that president Obama is a one term president; When the Congress of the United States boycotted all the laws proposed by the President what could he do?

This is the reason why I wrote :It is not only necessary to reelect president Obama for four more years ,but we must give him also a majority in Congress. To elect a President without electing a Congress which is willing to cooperate with him for the good of the country is an exercice in futility in a democracy. Does anybody doubt the goodness, sincerity and patriotism of President Carter? Why did he fail? When you have a government where the legislative branch is controlled by special interests there is not much the President can do.The government of the United States is no longer a democratic government .Those who control the means of production have the real power.
